想測試Coating Collagen後，照一般UV有何不同所以一盤有照UV15分鐘，另一盤(gel2)沒有照UV。
Washed by PBS once and then washed by DMEM three times.
Soak in DMEM, seal with parafilm and put them in the fridge.
